GIDE presentations

You will have noticed all the activity on the 5th floor:

GIDE – Group for International Design Education – is an international consortium of higher education design schools, which work together in order to enrich the experience of students in the areas of 3D, architecture and interior design, and now also includes specialisms in industrial and interaction design, and art and design (interdisciplinary) practice. GIDE was founded in 2OO3 and the group consists of seven main partner colleges in ScotlandSloveniaEnglandBelgiumGermanyItaly andSwitzerland.

 

The students will be giving presentations tomorrow (Thursday) at 18.00 to which you are all invited, details below:

 

GIDE ‘DESIGN IN ACTION’ WORKSHOP:  PRESENT TO CLIENTS/GUESTS ON LEVEL 5, MATTHEW BUILDING AT DJCAD

1800-1845: GIDE student teams present ‘Design in Action’ to clients and special guests.

GIDE EXHIBITION & PRIZES: DALHOUSIE BUILDING (Old Hawkhill, Balfour Street, Dundee, DD1 4HB)

1900-2000: Move to Dalhousie Building for prize ceremony, beers for the ‘Creativity for Local Enterprises’ exhibition (open to the public), and award prizes for best ‘Design In Action’ outcomes in International Workshop.
