Part 2 Journey Mapping

Select two of your stakeholders (from different quadrants) and map/storyboard how you think they will interact with your product or service. We will return to this later in your projects, to check our original assumptions – but for the meantime ‘prototype like you are right’.

Storyboarding can be done in a number if different ways, UK based service design agency Engine have a delightful little introduction here which highlights how non-designers can be brought into the process using stickies etc – and also highlighting how useful stickies and postcards are to re-order your first pass at this.
